		<description>The idea about taking into account when a horse last raced is an interesting one. I remember a system where one of the principle rules was that the horse returns to the track within a few days of its last run.
Can&#039;t remember why this was important but it was something to do with the trainer entering the horse in the previous race not to win, then entering it quickly into another so that the odds are higher and the trainer/jockey goes for the win.</description>
